PJ'S COFFEE REWARDS

The My PJ’s Perks loyalty program allows members to earn stars on eligible purchases, redeemable for free beverages and select food items, as well as receive other exclusive rewards and promotions.

Redeem Stars only through the PJ's Coffee Mobile App or Online Ordering. Log in to apply your Stars toward eligible rewards on select food and beverages, located in the Rewards tab.

Earn 1 Star per $1 spent on eligible merchandise, food, and beverages at participating PJ’s Coffee locations, redeemable on future select purchases (excludes tax, gratuities, and gift cards).

Your Birthday reward will load automatically on the first day of your birthday month if you’ve added your birthday month to your profile, expiring within seven (7) days. To redeem, visit the rewards tab in the PJ's App and use your 100 Stars for a reward.

To reset your password, visit https://pjscoffee.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/forgot-password, enter your username, loyalty card number or email associated with the user account and submit. An email will be sent with a Reset Password link to the address on file.

To update your account information, visit Edit Account in the PJ’s App or visit https://pjscoffee.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/accountlogin

Login using your information, select ‘Edit Your Profile’, make changes and submit.

Orders through third-party delivery services (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash) do not qualify for star earnings.

Log into your My PJ's Perks account on PJsCoffee.com or the PJ's Coffee App to view your Stars balance and account information.

Each PJ's Coffee reward expires six months from the redemption date. If your membership is terminated, any unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.

Your Stars should appear in your account within 24 hours of a qualifying purchase.

Should your earned Stars not credit to your account, please contact us via www.pjscoffee.com/contact/ with your transaction information, such as store visited, date of purchase and receipt number.

Email sign-up is optional but recommended for exclusive offers, promotions, and birthday rewards. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

All you need is your email address. For online ordering, digital wallet access, and rewards, set up a password by selecting 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page and follow the prompts.

PJ’s Rewards cannot be applied to gift card purchases.

No, but you can earn unlimited points on all catering orders!

No, you have the capability within the new mobile app, baristas will not be able to convert them for you.

No, credit cards will no longer be attached to loyalty accounts, to mitigate risks of fraud.

With the implementation of the new app, we have partnered with a new company; the reason you have to change your password: passwords can not be transferred between systems.
