Social Media Policy

Our online communities are polite and respectful places which we encourage our users to be open, honest, and fair. In order for them to stay useful, we ask that you keep your comments cordial and constructive.
We reserve the right to remove any content with inappropriate material. This may include, but is not limited to:

Offensive comments with profanity, sexism, racism, bigotry, etc.
Spam, promoting an agenda or irrelevant business matters, or referencing a competitor’s site. Stay relevant to PJ's Coffee.
Negative comments that are not used in a constructive manner or are phrased in a way in which we feel is inappropriate for the particular medium.

Additionally, if you are to comment on something that happened at a PJ's Coffee location (a drink you felt was not made properly, a barista you felt was disrespectful, etc.), please point out in your feedback which specific store that prompted your comment so we can best address the problem.

As our presence on social networks continues to grow, these guidelines will be amended. But for now, help us keep our social networks valuable - let us know the products you love, give us ideas you think could make us better, and when that unfavorable situation occurs, politely tell us when and where it occurred, and we will do our best to correct the discretion as quickly as possible.

Finally, we at PJ's retain the right to ultimately decide what we feel is inappropriate. We can and will remove any content for the reasons we deem to be unfitting of the cordial and constructive environment we seek to obtain on PJ's Coffee's social networks.
